Interesting Facts about “Miss Cheryl”: 
Miss Cheryl was honored as TAEYC Outstanding Home Care Provider in 2001 and TAEYC Outstanding Preschool Teacher in 2008.

Ms. Cheryl and Nancy Okuley started St. Joseph preschool 12 years ago!

Miss Cheryl co-authored (with Nancy Okuley) a Preschool Faith-based Teaching Curriculum and presented to a National Audience of teachers and administrators in at the Catholic Educators Conference in Houston, Texas.  

Miss Cheryl has been married to her high school sweetheart, Tim Peatee for 26 years has two children, Samantha, 23 and Andrew, 20, and a 14 year old Westie Dog named “Buddy.” When Ms. Cheryl is not teaching, she enjoys cooking, crafting, gardening, camping and hiking with her family.
