Scouts

Girls Scouts of Western Ohio

The Girl Scout experience engages girls in discovering self, connecting with others and taking action to make the world a better place.   St. Joseph School hosts active troops for girls beginning in kindergarten.  These troops function under the guidance of the Blue Spruce Service Unit of Girl Scouts of Western Ohio (GSWO). Troop activity is completely dependent on the leadership of parent volunteers. Currently, girl recruiting and troop leadership training is coordinated through the Girl Scout Council Office.  Contact GSWO at 419-243-8216 for more information. Girls are able to register at any time during the school year but is strongly encouraged before September 1.  Forms are available online at  http://www.girlscoutsofwesternohio.org.
