The Girl Scout experience engages girls in discovering self, connecting with others and taking action to make the world a better place. St. Joseph School hosts active troops for girls beginning in kindergarten. These troops function under the guidance of the Blue Spruce Service Unit of Girl Scouts of Western Ohio (GSWO). Troop activity is completely dependent on the leadership of parent volunteers. Currently, girl recruiting and troop leadership is coordinated by Mrs. Carrie Sim who is reachable at firstname.lastname@example.org. Girls are able to register at any time during the school year but is strongly encouraged before September 1. Forms are available online at http://www.girlscoutsofwesternohio.org or may be picked up the night of SJS Orientation Night and may be submitted to the SJS school recruiting coordinator through the school office.
